I have had a hard year. January I had to have open heart surgery. I am trying to recover. In my recovery time, I had a lot of time to think. I realize that I want to reconnect with anyone I went to school with.

Maybe I'm being sentimental because next year my daughter graduates from high school. She is everything I wasn't. She is so smart, beautiful and very talented. She is my super baby. I couldn't have anymore children, so she is my everything. This year is going to be happy and sad. I just hope she goes to Berkeley, so I don't have to be too far from her.

I wasn't popular for sure. Some popular kids were very nice to me, and some were not so nice. I didn't fit into any group. I wasn't religious, but I didn't get into any trouble. I hope I was a nice person to everyone. I hope. I was a wild child (in a nice way) and I loved my heavy metal music, my leather clothes, and big hair.
I was picked on by a few people, but I know they may feel bad being parents themselves. It's interesting seeing people mature.
