My children are growing up before my eyes. I love watching my children grow in their lives with dance, football, baseball, school activities, etc.

Work is always a new adventure with many opportunities professionally. I currently work at Fairview Health System's corporate office coordinating nursing, advanced practice providers, medical students, medical assistants students for Fairview's hospitals and 45 clinics. I enjoy the recruitment of new and fresh medical professionals for the healthcare environment.

I am on my second term as an elected official for the City of Jordan and am always lobbying to move further in the political arena for the state of Minnesota on Healthcare, Transportation, Small Business, and fiscal responsibility. I continue to teach as a professor at MSB in the nursing program/global health studies.

I am traveling to Peru twice a year. January and Fall of each year, I continue assist in coordinating the cleft palate surgery program and taking a group of nursing students to the trenches of Peru providing primary and secondary healthcare, beds for kids project, and building homes.

I remember driving on fish point road on a snowy day leaving the high school, and Tracy B. and I drove up a snow hill hitting the garbage cans, and my car turning over on its side. Then a group of guys coming and tipping the car back on all four tires and driving off. "I never missed a garbage can."
