Carl Jernquist

It's been a great life so far. I have two wonderful children and 1 grandson and 3 granddaughters. I was married for 25 years but that ended in 1992 and we still remain good friends.

I spent 19 years with United Airlines, left them in 1982 and became a small business owner (travel agencies, general contractor and an automotive repair shop).

Now I'm retired and spent 6 months in Marin County (north of San Francico) and 6 months in the Palm Springs area.

I'm still quite active. I hike, tennis and golf.

I was a terrible student in high school but I'm proud to say I've never stopped learning.

I was told I set a record for the most days absent (playing hookie) but still able to graduate. I wonder if that record still stands.
