Steven was always a really nice guy with a smile on his face. I have to admit I did not know him all that well, but he was always friendly to me and would let me ride the elevator with him on many occasions. I was invited to join a group, that included Steven, to go to the Senior Dinner Dance. My date was Zahra Baharvand and Steven’s was Bobbie Christensen. His parents lent their van so that he could go and the group all traveled together in the van. I guess I talked to him more in that one night than in all the previous years at high school. Steven, due to his disability, certainly stands out in my mind and is a definite part of my high school experience. I hope others who knew him better will post some things here as I would be interested in knowing more about his life.
