Funeral services for Donald Qair Black, 20, former resident of Provo who died Sunday, Oct. 12,1975 in Gooding, Ida., will be Thursday at 11 a.m. in the Walker Mortuary Chapel in Provo, 85 E. 300 S.

Friends may all at the mortuary tonight from 7 to 9 o'clock and Thursday prior to services. Burial will be in Orem City Cemetery.

He was born Dec. 11, 1954 in Grand Junction, Colo., to Reed L. and Helen Carlisle Black.

He was a graduate of Provo High School and was working in Gooding at the time of his death. He was a member of the LDS Church.

Survivors include his parents, Provo; four brothers and two sisters, Stephen R. Black, Bountiful; Richard G. Black, Amarillo, Tex.; Harold A. Black, Houston, Tex.; Mrs. Gerald (Marjorie) Hill, Casper, Wyo.; Carl M. and Tern Black, both of Provo; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles L. Carlisle, Payson, and Mr. and Mrs. Harrison E. Black, Nephi.
