Nicholas Mitchell

I've moved back and forth between Colorado, Texas and Hawaii for the last 10 years. I graduated from New Mexico State University with a B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management. I worked as the Director of Food & Beverage for a private country club and I am now the General Manager of 2900, a fine dining restaurant in El Paso, TX.
