Comments:

I've been to many places, many countries and many schools, but everything I needed to know I learned at North Quincy High School!!!

Some years ago, Our princicpal, John Walsh, came to a book signing I had at the Cape Cod Mall. I had a delightlful and lengthy talk with him and his wife that day reminiscing about NQHS. He was gracious to share with me some interesting stories about his time at our school and especially our class. He and his wife had lived nearyby here on the Cape. I told him I would sign my books for him if he'd sign my CLASS OF 62 Manet yearbook. He returned the next day and we exhanged books and autographs. It was special to me since he fell ill not too long thereafter and passed. It was a valued experience and I have his comments in my yearbook.

School Story:

Yale University, Chinese (Mandarin) Language
Worked For National Security Agency
Served in USAF Intelligence in Taiwan, Vietnam and Phillipines

I will always remember Lois as a great kid and great student. We both enjjoyed our English classes at North.  She and I went to a semi-formal dance for a date and she was so kind and gracious telling me what to do on my first official date with my clumsy and awkward behaviour.  We reconnected via emails after the 50th, and once again showed that grace in bringing me up to date on many of our classmates.  She touched alot of us in our '62 class with her poetic charm and values.  My condolences to her family.

My condolences to the Tomkins family. Just learned of his passing. I met Mike in the first grade at Franklin Parker School and at Sacred Heart Parish.  My wife and I reunited with Michael and his wife in Falmouth. My sympathy to his wife Ann and the family.  Michael was always a stand up guy and always quick with a smile.

So sad to hear about Al's passing.  He and I met at Massachusetts Fields School in 6th grade and were friends for many years through NQHS .  Distance and the military separated us, but my affection for Al never diminished.  My condolences to his wife, Carol, his children and grandchildren.  Al was one of the real "good guys" and I am happy our paths crossed on this earthly journey.
