Graveside services for Mary Lucille Phillips Wall, 75 of Winnsboro, will be held at 4 p.m., Thursday, April 16 at Myrtle Springs Cemetery in Wood County, with Bro. Fred Morrow officiating.

Ms. Wall died Tuesday, April 14, 2015.  She was born in Quitman November 11, 1939, to the late W. L.  "Looney" and Maggie Dyer Phillips.

She was a retired CPS worker.  She served on the Wood County Child Welfare Board, the Community Resource Coordination group, was member of the Wood County Peace Officers Association and was Quitman CItizen of the Year in 1995.

She is survived by sons Kenny Wall and wife, Denise, of Longview, John Oliver; daughter, Melody Swanner and husband, Ricky; four grandchildren, Klye, Kristen, Maggie and Hayden; and three great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by a sister, Dolores Jordan.
