Darrell Wayne Veitch passed away January 17, 2015.  He was born July 25, 1975, in Tyler to Ed and Marilyn Veitch.  He graduated from Quitman High School and Northeast Texas Community College.  He was a CNA at Buckner Westminster Place and was attending East Texas Baptist University, pursuing his BSN in nursing.  Darrell attended Simmons Hill Baptist Church where he was a deacon and sang in the choir.  His life was his church, family, cars and music.  Darrell loved work, his friends at Buckner and at Holly House.  He was a devoted father who was full of integrity and always smiling and laughing.

Darrell is survived by his loving wife and companion of 18 years, Angela Veitch; parents, Ed and Marilyn Veitch; sons Dakota Veitch and Derrick Veitch; daughter, Gabby Veitch; sister, Edie Newberry; grandmother, Nettie Veitch, best friend, Briel Knopp; and numerous other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Jeff Veitch.
