I began my working career at St. Lukes Hospital as a Nurse's Aide during high school, after graduating HS, I attended Kenosha / Racine Tech School and became a Licensed Practical Nurse for 11 years working in Racine, Milwaukee and Michigan. In 1976 I graduated from St. Lukes School of Nursing and continued my carreer in Racine, my last 20 years of nursing was at All Saints in the operating room. After retiring from there in the late 90's, I became buyer/manager at Molbeck's Health & Spice Shop in Racine. Now I am officially retired, but I have taken on something that I never dreamed that I would do. I am the Editor of the 'Friends of Seniors' Newsletter at the Belle City Senior Center in Racine.
I enjoy working in my yard and dabble in arts and crafts. I like playing card games and being active. I attend many of the activities that Racine offers, plus more. Currently I am working on one the chairs for the Racine's Downtown Summer Event.
