Jay Betker

I moved to Western Wisconsin in 1985. September 5, 1992, married Judy (Bergum). In 1996 we built a new house on her home farm. We have 168 acres, of which 75 is tillable. Plant corn and soybeans, tied in with the rest of the family 745, acres of corn and 205, of soybeans. Matthew is in FFA. He shows lamas at the fair. Matthew was Dairyland conference champ at 170Lbs. wrestling for Blair Taylor Wildcats as a freshman. He's also starting DE and TE.
I'm an officer at the Ettrick Rod and Gun Club, guide people spring turkey hunting, and coach football for Blair Taylor High School.
We are members of Fagernes Lutheran Church rural Blair and Blair Taylor FFA Alumni.

Best class, Band. Had a blast, never took it serious. Did the work and practiced the score sheets a lot. The Best was DONUT BREAKE!!! Hell yes, that was Awesome! Come on, think about it , we got the administration to allow us to take a break, sell and eat Donuts. How cool was that. YEAH!
Not related to when we were in School, but I remember at the 10 year reunion, a question was asked and some body answered, "Homie Don't Play Dat!"It still cracks me up.
