Paul graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 1971 and obtained his PhD in Chemistry from Michigan State University in 1975. Prior to retirement, he worked for 3M managing a research lab. His interests included worldwide travel and photography.

I am so sorry! I worked with Paul on the yearbook, and he was a delight. Excellent photography, great darkroom skills and so understanding about our last minute requests for photos or cropping to different dimensions.
We shared a love of international travel, and my husband also died suddenly of cardiac arrest. My condolences to Paul's wife and family.
