William Ralph Fail, Jr., 52, of Raleigh died Wednesday, March 4, 2009 at Rex Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. Ralph was a native of Goldsboro and was a former employee with American Airlines as a travel agent. He is survived by his mother, Kathleen Dail Fail of Raleigh; sister, Kathy Marie Freeman and husband, Scott of Raleigh; nephews, Zach and Corey and niece, Abbey. William was preceded in death by his father, William Ralph Fail, Sr., in 2000 and by his brothers, David and Jackie. A memorial service will be held 11:00AM Saturday, March 7, 2009 at Bay Leaf Baptist Church, 12200 Bayleaf Baptist Church Road, Raleigh. The family will receive friends immediately after the service at the church. He will be truly be missed by his devoted family and many friends.
