Betsy Marion Southall Norris
June 11, 1957 - January 30, 2014

Betsy Marion Southall Norris, 56, of 3309 Southall Road, passed away suddenly on January 30, 2014 from an apparent heart attack. Betsy was born June 11, 1957 in Wake County to the late John Marion Southall and Doris Barker Southall. She graduated from Millbrook High School and UNC Wilmington. Betsy retired from the City of Raleigh Parks and Recreation as Assistant Superintendent with 26 years of service. 

She is survived by her husband: Danny Richard Norris; step-son: Nicholas Richard Johnson of Cary; sister: Johnette S. Crockett (Brent) of Raleigh; a host of cousins and special friends. 

Betsy's family asked that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions could be sent to Wake Veterinary Hospital, 1007 Tandal Place, Knightdale, NC 27545.
