My Life:

Since barely graduating in 1989,,,LOL, I worked in a variety of trades from commmercial and residential construction to product sales and marketing. Currently I've been with RDO Equipment Co. for going on 10 years as a John Deere construction equipment specialist covering San Diego County. I spent as much quality time with my incredible kids and when Mom has her time with them I stay very busy teaching motorcycle riders of all ages as a hobby/extra income lifestyle. I have always stayed involved with the racing industry and have developed some incredible friendships as well as experienced some of the most adventerous competitions in the world. My Son plays Lacrosse and is becoming a great little skateboarder and fortunately so far he hasn't shown too much interest in riding motorcycles. My Daughter is all Barbie, loves animals, swimming, as well as will try any sport and is very well balanced with a variety of sports interests. Both my kids have dabbled at surfing, motorcycles, horses, and are very good little snowboarders as well. I have always encouraged them to try out as many outdoor sports as possible and so far they have become very adaptive.

RHS Memories:

I had a memory loss of a few years.. Ya, pretty much all of high school. If I wasn't surfing, racing motorcycles, pestoring my favorite teachers,(Ms Weaver) or even considering coming to school? I was pretty much working to pay for my crazy lifestyle.
The best story was the last day of school. Jr year?
A CLOWN hit me in the face with a water balloon while I was parked still in drive admiring my passenger while sporting a fine mullet.. Of course I got out to slap the Clown silly and wouldn't you know the over Idling project of a car took off and wiped out half the parking lot of wimpy show cars? My passenger, Hottie!! Lisa V. ran away thinking OH MY GOD!,,, Dan is the true clown and I had no part of this!! and the real clown is still running from me today. So, escorted by our fine parking police I had the priveledge of telling the Datsun 510 tough guy club I totaled their cardboard cars with my la bamba station wagon/desert prerunner.. Like a cruise liner running into a dock.. Slow speed, yet very damaging.
At that time I think I was labeled a cross between Sean Penn in Fast times and Napolean Dynamite for that move. So after that I called my older brother to bring me some chapstick, and then went to work on a chicken ranch after school...go figure it was a killer job and gave me skills.??... I'm not sure but I think those guys still have the Datson 510 car club? If so, No harm intended... I had Geico I think....

My Best friend...Our 4lb Min Pin. Close to 14 years old and still the queen of the ranch. She chases off coyotes, herds our 4 weed eating goats and keeps 4 horses in line. Well known at just about every taco shop in Ramona for compulsive begging and known for scrapping with neighborhood cats....

One of my biggest accomplishments. Managing a race team in 2007 finishing one of the world's largest Off Road races. The 40th anniversary Baja 1000 stretching almost 1300 miles all the way down to Cabo. Our team of 5 riders including former Ramonian Steve Martz as the starter finished the race in a respecful 4th place in class 22 open pro division. Finishing out the racing season with a 3rd place in final point standings against some of the worlds best. The year before our Ramona based team of Chris Gunnett, Steve Martz, Rob Gibson and Myself finished the Baja 1000 in 3rd place behind Honda's two factory teams. Truly an adventure of a lifetime with racing stories for generations to come.
