Cheryl Smitley (Teacher and Class Advisor)

I retired from teaching in 2004. In October 2008 Fred I moved to Pesotum, Illinois and purchased a Queen Anne Victorian and now run a Bed and Breakfast. I work parttime at the Post Office and Fred is the entire Maintenance Department for the Village of Pesotum (pop. 500) We love it here, Samantha on the other hand thinks we abandoned her. Last year I was elected to serve on the Town Council. Remember with only 500 residents to choose from it was pretty easy to get elected.
