Important Info

Wow, it's almost here!  Thank you so much for registering to attend the Rapelje Reunion 2012, we are going to have a great time!

Check-in will be on Friday, June 29th from 1:00 to 4:00 PM at the gym entrance to the school.  When you check in you will receive your wristband(s), nametag(s) and tshirt(s).  You will need to wear your wristband (adults and children) at all times so we know you are a registered and paid attendee.

To all those who have been so kind to offer to help out (set-up, clean-up, teardown, etc.), THANK YOU SO MUCH!  When you check in at the registration table we will let you know where and when to meet to help with the various tasks.

The Stockman Cafe will be open for breakfast on Saturday, June 30th at 8 AM and remain open throughout the day for those wanting lunch or a snack.

Hotel Accommodations:  There were not enough attendees needing hotel accommodations to reserve a block of hotel rooms.  If you need hotel/motel accommodations, the following places are in Columbus and Billings also has many options:

RVs/Campers:  We have designated the area south of the elevators for RVs, campers and tents.  There will also be showers available near the elevators in a portable trailer for those who are camping.

Childcare:  We have arranged to have childcare available Saturday evening during the dance.  If you indicated that you would utilize this childcare when you registered, please let us know when you check in on Friday.  The cost will be $25.00 for the first child and $15.00 for each additional child with a max of $50.00.

Fun activities, movies, and snacks will be provided.  The childcare will be available from 7:15 PM - 12:15 AM and will take place at the church.

Pasture Golf Tournament:  If you are interested in participating in the golf tournament on Saturday, please call Kim Herzog at 406-663-2249 to get more info and sign up.

There will be no soda or alcoholic beverages provided but you are welcome to bring your own.  Please note that no smoking or consumption of alcohol is allowed on school property.  The Party Pavilion will be on private property.
