*We lived in South Lake Tahoe from 1967 until 1999.
Founded Travel Systems Ltd. in 1973
with 2 partners formed a corporation which developed and planned and executed meetings, convention, incentive travel/tours to Nevada, Lake Tahoe and San Francisco. Company owned and managed Avis RentaCar at Lake Tahoe, M.S. Dixie Cruises, marinas, ski rental shops, limousine services, management of hotel and resorts, tour bus services throughout northern Nevada and California, Zephyr Cove Resort and Marina. My responsibilities lay in product development, marketing and customer service training for 250+ seasonal and fulltime employees.

Put my customer service training production and management skills together as a speaker/trainer/consultant throughout the Western United States in the tourism industry until 1999.

Executive Director of Gilroy CA Visitors Bureau, assisted in building the service to an independent tourism service in the community of Gilroy.

Returned to Northern California in 2001 where I founded North Valley Promotions. Created a website for the wedding industry of Northern California, representing more than 500 businesses who served the wedding an special event industry. Created successful bridal industry trade shows in Red Bluff and Chico. Worked with many companies to develop their online business presence.
