Emma Elizabeth Blunkall 53, passed away on December 15, 2008. Emma was born to Wilma and Charles Smith in Yreka, CA. She was a resident of Red Bluff for aporox. 25 years. She leaves behind her daughters Emily Carlton and Jennifer Bearden, sisters Charlene Woody, Gloria Holcomb and brother Brian Phillips along with two grandchildren.
