After raising a family and following a divorce, I decided to move to the North Carolina coast. I moved to Beaufort, NC with my two children, Ginny and Cody in 1996 and have been there since. I remarried in 2003 and our family grew that same year with the birth of our granddaughter, Gabriella. In 2012 I took the plunge and opened my business, The Hoppy Baker, a baking/delivery business that also offers catering services.
