Darell G. Herron
July 1, 1941-July 2, 2000

Darell G. Herron, 59, Mitchell, passed away July 2nd, 2000 at his residence.  Funeral services were held @11:00 am, friday, at the Will Funeral Chapel.  Burial was in the St. John's (Blooming Valley) Lutheran Cemetary, rural Corsica.

He was born July 1, 1941 in Corsica, Douglas County,  to Thomas and Ella (Eggers) Herron.  He graduated from Reliance High School in 1959 and was a graduate of Northern State College in Aberdeen.

He had been employed as an accountant for Randall Foods for many years.  He was a past member of the Elks Club and the Shriners.

He is survived by two brothers, Melvin Herron of California and Ronald Herron, Pierre;  one sister,  Mrs. Bill (Marlys) Stransky,  Agar.

He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant sister.
