Charles R. Banks  1904-1989

Funeral services for Charles R. Banks, 84, Eugene, Oregon, formerly of Reliance, were held Friday, March 31, 1989 in St. Mary's Catholic Church, Eugene.

Graveside services were in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Reliance, at 1pm, Sunday with the Reverend Frank Strafalace officiating.  He died March 27 in Eugene.

Charles R. Banks was born July 17, 1904, to Lou Fanette (Hall) and William Banks in LeMars, Iowa.

Survivors include two sons: Chuck of Florence, Oregon, and Ronald of Rapid City; six grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.

Wevik Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
