Nancy J. Hendershot, 21, of 5465 Pearl Drive, Sun Valley, Nevada, died Sunday in a Reno Hospital following a lengthy illness.
A native of San Jose, Calif., she had lived in Reno since 1963. She graduated from Reno High School in 1966 and attended the University of Nevada.
She was employed at the Reno Post Office.
Surviving are her parents, Mr. And Mrs. Harold Hendershot, a sister, Marian F. Hendershot, all of Sun Valley, and her grandmother , Mrs. Francis Ballard of Carmichael, Calif.
The funeral will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Pyramid Funeral Home with the Rev. Russell Van Alen of the First Methodist Church of Sparks officiating. Burial will be in the Mountain View Cemetery.
