A funeral service for James Wood Teipner III will be held Saturday at 11 am in the first Methodist Church. Dr. R. Orman Roberts will officiate. Friends may call at the Pyramid Funeral Home until 10 o’clock this evening.
Teipner drowned Wednesday while hunting ducks in Sheckler Reservoir, 12 miles southwest of Fallon. A freshman student at the University of Nevada and a graduate of Reno High School in 1966, he was the son of Mr. and Mrs. J.W. Teipner Jr.
