School Story:
One of the biggest thrills that I had when at Reseda High School is when I played on the Varsity Basketball Team in 1980. It was an away game and we played Monroe High School.
In the beginning, we didn't have our "A" game. I sat on the bench for part of the game, but when Coach Lee asked me to come in, I was ready. We were still down by seven points when I came in, but we started to come back. I remember shooting the ball from the top of the key and making it. During the last final seconds of the game, the last shot was taken by our center, Tony Vukelich. He got the ball inside and made it. We won the game by one point. After he made the shot, Tony told me that it was the most thrilling game that he played in.
I would have to agree with that!!
