Comments:
I have been doing alot of cookin for the past 20 years. Bryce Canyon & Zion Lodges, Prim Valley Resorts outside of Las Vegas, The Mississippi Queen Riverboat out of New Orleans, the major airline catering kitchen at SLC airport doin first class meals, Bennett's BBQ kitchen manager, Chef at Gastronomy's Baci Trattoria in SLC and a few other kitchens here and there.
I received a certificate in Foodservice at Sevier Valley Tech in 89. Also a certificate in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism Management at the Bryman School in 96. And most recently my AAS degree at Snow College in 06, and working on my bachalor degree in Technical Education.
I have just finished my 4th year teaching at Snow College and I love it here. I bet most of my teachers and peers never thought I would become a college instructor.
I served a LDS Mission in far far away Las Vegas, NV 90-92.
But my most important achievement would be my family. I have been married to my sweet wife Edith for 5 years now, and have been blessed with two lovely daughters, Jordyn age 3 and Sophie 6 months.
I am looking forward to being a part of our 20 year reunion in sharing the tallents of my students and myself in providing the meal for our event.
