I graduated and went to enough college to realize that it wasn't for me. I worked in SLC for a couple of years for the SLC School District. After that I moved home to go back to work for Peterson Plumbing. Don was opening a store in Cedar City and wanted me to go down there and run it for him. I moved to Cedar about 92 and met my soon to be wife in January 93, I moved back to run the Peterson's store in the fall of 94 and couldn't stand to be away from Sharie who was living in Cedar so I proposed, we were married Jan 28 1995 in Richfield. I worked for Peterson's till 2005 and decided to take a chance and try something new. I went to work for the Division of Natural Resources Forestry, Fire, & State lands as the Tri County Fire Warden. I'm out in the mountains about everyday and I love my new job. I work through fire season June to October fighting wildland fires and issuing burn permits. In the winter, October to June, I train volunteer fire departments to fight wildland fires. I have 3 children my oldest is Jordan 12, he loves sports and we love going to all of his games. My second child Gavin loves to dance, play the piano, and he is now currently taking violin lessons from Kara Hafen. My youngest is Josie 6 she dances and plays the piano all three are the joys of my life I love every minute I spend with them. I have been a Member of the Richfield Fire Department since October 2002. I love my family and I love to fight fire!!!!!
