VICTOR LANGLOIS

After ONE semester of CBC (Drawing and Painting) I drove to Florida and got my much dreamed of job at Disney. Working as a "friend" of Disney Characters such as Goofy, Tigger, and Captain Hook, I had a blast and traveled all over the country. I became an Entertainment Stage Manager in 1997 and opened new parks and shows. I met my husband, Scott, in 1998 (yes, he worked at Disney, too) and we have been together ever since. After 4 years as an Attractions Guest Service Manager at Epcot, I am now a Training Consultant for the Walt Disney World properties. Scotty and I live with our two dogs, Harley and Jessie, and have a great time in the Vacation Kingdom of the World. I published a personal memoir of my youth, Titled "Mr. Lincoln was a Robot, or Why I Left Home." on Thanksgiving 2008. Pick up your copy soon:-)Glad to be coming to the reunion as well. I will just start with one FOND memory: Yearbook Class for 3 years. It was the easiest class to ditch. I mean we would tell Mr. Rice we were "taking pictures" and off we went: To eat, back to the house, pick up someone, or sometimes to finish undone homework. One of those days, we drove up to a light and alongside my father on his way to work. We just stared forward...laughing: And yet, I am sure he would have just waved and not had a clue we weren't supposed to be there.
