Wow I haven't updated my profile in awhile. I guess it's time! Where do I begin. Let's start with my boys:
Then I will talk about our company's newest expansion.
My youngest (Jordan, now 13 in the 8th grade) has been accepted and will attend The Duke Ellington School for the Arts in Washington, DC for high school. Very exciting news! He's my actor in the family.
Next my oldest (Darien, now 19 and freshman at MSU...Michigan State University on a FULL football scholarship)...
They had an exciting year:
Their record was 11wins and 3 losses: They lost in the Big Ten Championship game; however, they WON the Outback Bowl in Jan against Georgia!!!!
He's doing super fantastic in spring practice that's going on now.

season. “Everybody wants to come in and play as true freshmen but in
our situation, it wasn’t necessary," he said. "Taking that redshirt

New Business and Personal News:
My company has recently just bought a new office building for our newest division expansion. We have created a new national web youth magazine. We will be coming to Richmond soon.
Also I was Host/MC for the Miss Teen Maryland International pageant this past March.

Our phone apps are in the app stores NOW!! The first app to hit the market will be called HITT (which stand for High School Interval Training Techniques...starring Darien, of course). We and Apple are extremely excited about this new partnership and adventure. Our general fitness apps will be released in early April.
All our apps are 30 video, shot in HD, and formatted for the IPhone and IPad... and comes with a healthy eating menu plan!
Also we are in negotiations of signing several olympic gold medalists to the Absolute Body Power brand!!!
In addition we are opening the new Absolute Body Power health club in the spring.
We are excited about signing our new deal for our 6th new season of "The Absolute Body Power Show" now seen in over 600,000 households!!!
Since 1980 I went to Va Tech on a full football schlorship where I played in the 1984 Independence Bowl and studied Business Management. One of the guys I came in with Bruce Smith is now going into the Hall of Fame. I also won outstanding game balls for the Florida, Clemson, and West Va games. I belong to the business faternity Delta Sigma Pi. In addition I played against another Hall of Famer (Jim Kelly of the Buffalo Bills) and numerous other NFL pro-bowlers. After my senior year, I did have a try out with Washington and I guess I could have signed as a free agent or tried to play in Canada, BUT my heart and passion was building a successful company and being a businessman. After college I lived in San Antonia and then moved to Washington, DC in 1990 where my journey began to build an exercise and fitness empire and a national power house corporation which now came to be called Absolute Body Power Media www.absolutebodypower.com.
To date my company has 9 divisions with sales revenues and assests that exceed $7.5 million. Through our next projects, contracts, and license agreements with the NFL, NBA, and internet partners my company is on schedule to reach the $10 million sales revenue and assets mark by 2012.
Most important I'm proud to be a board member of the National Breast & Ovarian Cancer Coalition and also able to help with many other charities both locally and nationally.
