Went to Radford U., met my husband (who went to Va. Tech) sophomore year -- we couldn't live without each other so got married at the end of my sophomore year (his junior year) --lived in Foxridge 2 years until we were both finished with our respective degrees --
graduated with a degree in Upper Elementary Ed grades 4-7 and Reading K-12 -- taught 4th, 5th and 6th grades over the period of 17 years, then went back to school to get my MEd at VCU in library science and have been a librarian for 14 years. I was a librarian first at an elementary school and now at a high school. (my husband says that I have the trifecta -- I have taught elementary, middle and high schoolers)

Marching Band, band trips, working at Brambleton Drug store, the great snow of '77, undefeated season in football, mock trials in government, 1st period study hall, watching guys run around in the cafeteria grabbing trays so they could get the 10 cent deposit, and good friends.
