I don't know, maybe she got one of those "gifts" that keeps on giving. She is as sweet as can be, and just drop dead gorgeous. But, sometimes, she doesn't make the best decisions. Stef -- ya know that I luv ya, and I am just trying to protect you from these men. :) Vicky --- why are you not responding to me? Have I scared you into thinking that I am going to cancel our plans again? Well, you know that the only way that I would cancel is due to an illness or death. For me, getting out in the world without a husband or kids is like taking a child to Disney World!

I'm just glad you didn't wake me up. Now I know why they call you short pump. Now it's all coming together. Kristen-Thanks for looking out for me. You are right. Greg has been a bad influence on me and I really need to stay away. The cops keep telling me that's what the restraining orders are for but that doesn't keep me away. I don't know what it is about him, maybe it is that gift that just keeps on giving. So you know about that too hu? You and I have a lot in common. First Rick then Todd and now Greg. Stef --- well, I was married to Todd so I can't complain too much. He was a good husband. Just unfortunately things didn't work out. As far as Greg goes, I don't remember dating him, but I very well could have.

12/10/08 07:01 AM #1470     Kristen Witt (Bray) Stef --- I won't be able to be at the Christmas party because we are coming in the weekend before Christmas. We will come in late Friday night, have Christmas with Steve's family on Saturday, Christmas with my family on Sunday, and then we will leave 1st thing Monday morning to come back to PA. We will have to plan a weekend when I am not crammed pack of things to do. That way we can all get together and I can arrange for day care. I am just so sorry I can't be there.

Speaking of love triangle, that would make a good story for our next film. You up for that one? Todd - I cut the tape and put it back together. The 8 seconds is now 52 minutes. I also managed to paste some eyeballs on Stef so nobody can tell she is asleep. It's amazing what you can do with computers these days. Has anyone heard from Jolee since the Harley Christmas Party? Did she ride off with Santa? Maybe she was abducted by one of our ghost readers because she put the who's online box on the homepage. Jolee speak to us!

12/10/08 08:41 AM #1472     Jolee Clarke (Preston) I'm alive...but barely. I am on day 18 of sleeping straight upright in my bed and still coughing till I throw up every night from 1-4am. I am tired. I am beyond tired. I have tried to get in to see my NP, to no avail...everyone is sick! I have even left phone messages for her nurse to call me something in..... We didnt make it to the Harley party. I knew for sure I would wind up in the hospital if I went and got crazy with my diminished lung capacity. I will save all of that for Stef's. Off to go give a final exam...

If I show up, I don't have time to deal with these cops so lift the order for the filming ok? I think you are right about Kristen. She is avoiding the trio drama. It's probably best since she is remarried now. Kristen-I hate that you won't be here for xmas but I know you have your hands full. Maybe next time. Let me know when you come in town between holidays and we will get together.

Many of you have probably already heard or seen, but she owns Glassner Jewelers at Oak Grove Plaza. If you are looking for some good deals, please go by there and check out what she has left. They are closing that store by December 23rd. I just thought that if you are looking for jewelry (especially you husbands that have some "making up" to do) then you might find something really, really nice that is affordable. :) Carla --- How are things going with your husbands job search?

We did have a good time there after the homecoming game! End of my posting for a few days, I cut my index finger wide open yesterday, spent a couple hours with the awesome folks at Lewis Gale's ER. In a splint and it's terrible to try and type with. I'll be reading...have a great rest of the week. Todd S...glad to see that Lugar the Cougar was able to draw you out of Ghostland!! Jolee...get well girl!!

I know several people who were sick and then all of a sudden, it went into pneumonia. Please, please, please, take it easy and don't over exert yourself! Todd -- We really haven't drifted that far apart. Ya know, when you are married to someone and it doesn't work out, sometimes you just have to take a break so that you can work through the pain of the loss of that relationship. I am just glad that things ended on a positive note between the two of us. Now, we can be friends again! :) Stef --- When is your next ultrasound? Please post pictures. We would love to see what he/she looks like! I wonder if he/she will have your hair?!?!??!?!

Todd S. and Greg T. thanks for offering to come over and pony up for my little helpless one but last night I heard the latest and greatest so long and short of it.......I inspired Maggie to get tough (a little bribery goes a long way let me tell you :)) anyways today she came home and was puffed up because she went right up to the bully and said "DON'T INSULT ME OR MY FRIENDS AGAIN" the little shrimp backed down immediately and apologized so Maggie is quite proud. Obviously the kindness approach wasn't killing her so the other approach was taken.............NEXT STEP Momma opens the can......although I did go to lunch the other day and motioned at myself, my eyes and the kid..... so she got the drift I would be watching her..............OMG do I sound like a dang cheerleader mom or what......... who is calling the law on me............

I told her you were a punk and she promised to pass the message along. One of my "fondest memories" of NHS was our "incident" at the tennis court. I don't remember what we were drinking (I do remember that we were) I think tennis practice was cancelled and we got in some kind of home brew.... We're headed home and the next thing I remember is we're upside down in that tennis court ditch laughing at each other. That sucked! But it was funny til my dad got there!

12/12/08 03:10 PM #1485     Jolee Clarke (Preston) Hi all...the formerly dead is checking back in. Not checking out (hopefully). The end of the semester is a horribly trying time. It's time to tell these people that they are NOT going to be nurses, they are going to have to pay Carilion back all of this money, go home and tell your families you failed out of nursing school...and oh, by the way, HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!! I would like to know if these holiday suicides that happen are nursing students. It is incredibly grueling and unforgiving...and I am their professor and then crisis counselor. Soooo, that is what I have been doing. Todd~ So good to finally have you aboard! Watch out for Lugar and Greg, they will get you into lottttts of trouble. I am just now getting copyright infringement charges to stick against them...that is not really Lugar's hot body in all of these pics...it's mine...and it's patented...so they both are in big trouble. After today, I am OFF until january 5th! Yesterday was Kenzie's 16th. Her sperm donor POS father called her after her bball game and asked her how many points she made, how many rebounds, etc., NEVER mentioned her birthday. He FORGOT! She hung up the phone just bawling. I could hang him up by his small, very small penis. Grrr! I am still a Lion...sorry. Can't wait to see everyone soon...I need some friendly interactions!!!

Last weekend in Beaufort, NC at the Floatilla, there was a big VIKING boat in the parade. It made me think of our great class of '88. Greg~Thanks for asking about me & Kelly. I've just been busy working & finishing shopping. The past 3 days I substituted in 7th grade Science. Not too bad. No one got in any fights. Just one boy accused me of "loosing" his progress report. Then he told his L.A. teacher he left it at home when she said she would call his parents to see if they signed it. Stefanie~Is Rick coming in for Christmas? Wish I was going to be at your house for the party on the 27th. Looking forward to you & the girls coming down here! Jolee~Get some rest (after you celebrate) from working so hard & being sick. I know what POS stands for BTW. Are you impressed? To the Guy who wrote posing as "Ima Dike" on the survey for the girls weekend in Raleigh-you can come but you have to drive us around & carry our packages all weekend.

It was great getting out and talking. And I am really glad that we have "reconnected". Just promise me that we will keep getting together on a regular basis. Even if it is only once a month. I still think that it did me a world of good to get out by myself for just a little while. When I came home, my kids were so excited to see me. I guess they just are not use to me NOT being around. :) And Steve did a great job with them while I was gone. The only bad thing was that I came home and had to clean up. Imagine that! Finally sleeping at night...well, I did last night...tonight...I can't seem to get there. So I thought I would drop a hello to everyone. I just noticed the little countdown machine on the homepage says 10 days until Christmas. So does that mean I shouldnt put the tree up now, it's too late? I did get the rest of the decorations out...wow...time does fly by. Susie~ Did your main man make it in? Hope so! Thanks so much for all the well-wishes. I need some major immune boosting drugs! I did start taking a Centrum vitamin this week too...figured, it can't hurt! Can't wait to see everyone soon!

12/15/08 01:43 AM #1490     Stefanie Lugar Everyone- It was brought to my attention that I should reiterate the plans for the Christmas party bc some of us(Clinebell) are too busy with our life and therefore do not read on a daily basis (I know, I couldn't believe it either). So, for those of you who have a life like Clinebell and just don't have the time to catch up, I will post reminders from now until Dec. 27. I will also have an airplane fly over Rke. with a banner attached reminding you all of the Dec. 27th date so please be on the look-out for that as well. I have already contacted channels 7, 10 and 13 and asked them to announce the party at the end of the 6:00 and 11:00 news. If there are any other means of communication that I have forgotten, please let me know. I didn't realize some of us(Clinebell) were so very busy with life. Daily reminder #1: December 27, 8pm, Stef's house. BYOB, BYOD (if ya want). Oh and their will be a Hawaian Theme so where your best Hawaian shirt. If you don't have one, you can borrow one from my dad. No theme, just kidding.
