age 66, of Eagan, passed away on September 3, 2012.  Survived by his mother, Harriet; daughter, Elicia; stepsons, Jason (Stacy) Faith and Ben (Laura) Breidall; grandchildren, Maria and Micah Breidall; sisters Kathy (Jon) Schmoeckel and Jo (Bob) Banse; and many nieces and nephews.  Preceded in death by father, Walter, and sister, Barbara.  Randy will be greatly missed by all those who loved him.  Memorials preferred to Special Olympics.
