Hay, James W. Age 59 of Rockford, died 6-21-06 after a long illness at North Memorial Hospital in Mpls. Born on 8-10-46 to Alfred and Marilyn Hay; he attended Robbinsdale High School in Robbinsdale, MN and the University of Minnesota. Owner operator of Star Brake Co. and Corporate Officer of Radio Delivery Service, Plymouth Oil Co. and Radio Cab Co. until the 1970's and an over the road trucker for the years preceding his death. Survived by brothers John (Wisconsin Rapids, WI), Rob (Maple Grove, MN), and sister Laurie Boser (Pierz, MN). Preceded in death by parents Alfred and Marilyn Hay, stepfather Wallace Fredstrom, and brother Rick Hay. Memorial service to celebrate Jim's life at 6:00 PM July 16, 2006 at Lord of Life Church, 18500 County Road 101, Maple Grove. Visitation 1 hour before the service
