In Memory

Judith A Olstad (Crosby)

Dwayne (Dewey)'s Story

In the Fall after we graduated, I met my future wife, Judy Olstad, 1964 RHS grad. We married in 1969 and bought a home in Crystal. We had a daughter Jenny in 1972.. Then we moved to Maple Grove in 1980 and lived in a few homes on Fish Lake until 2003 when we decided that Florida would be a nice place to live. So we packed and moved to Palm City. Judy developed breast cancer in 1999 and fought it for 13 yrs until Sept 25th when it took her away from me. I put Judy in Twin Lake Hospice on Sept 7th, 2012, 50 years to the day of our first date when I took her to a Robbinsdale football game. I miss her every day .. Florida is not as fun as it was and I'll probably sell my home this winter. I do have a duplex in Robbinsdale for the summers so I can visit friends and family and will probably only go to my FL condo for shorter stays from now on because I truly dislike MN winters!! Rest in peace my dear Judy..

To those of you who knew Judy, here's her obituary. She was a very pvt person and did not want her funeral notice to be public and would have been upset if she knew I was doing this,, I don't know if this website will disappear after one year is up or not, but it was still up today.. Its been almost a year and I still miss her so much
