Huntington Learning Center offers a FREE workshop entitled "Homework: A Parent’s Survival Guide" as a public service to schools and parent groups. Workshops can run 30-60 minutes depending on the needs of the audience.Huntington also provides complimentary materials to help promote the workshops for school personnel, parents and children (as a take-home flyer). The workshop offers parents practical advice on how to ensure their children have the right environment and skills for completing assignments to the very best of their abilities and how they can address the seven most common obstacles to successful homework completion.
