Age 42.

Survived by his wife, Kristin (Burkardt); children, Allison and Matthew; parents, Jerry and Barbara Darrer; sister, Cathy; in-laws, Peter and Judy Burkardt. Also survived by grandparents, many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Garry was a man who always had a smile, always went the extra mile, loved and cared for his friends and family deeply. A special thank you to the doctors and nurses at Wilmot, especially Jennifer Serventi and the loving nurses at the Infusion Center. A special thank you for the loving care he received at Webster Comfort Care Home.
