It's amazing how life has its twists and turns.  I meet Rober Gantt in high school and we become friends.  Years later I meet a girl from Florida (my future wife) and her famiy has moved back to their home they continued to own on Flint St., two doors from the Gantt's.  In fact, Lynn and Robert had remained friends when her family made moves to NC and Fla.  So our friendship continued. Then by chance, while in Myrtle Beach, we run into Robert and Laura and spend time together.  Over the years we kept in touch.  A nicer couple you will never find.  Funny how life is but I'm glad it turned out like this for us.  Robert and Laura, keeping you in our thoughts and prayers.

The Missing Person report was sent to us from Annie Williams, Class of 1967.

Laura was president of the National Honor Society of her class, 1967. The biography below was on line. Please pray for Laura's safe return.

Laura Russell Simpson is in reality the ghostwriter for the one who gave her this collection of writings, namely Almighty God. She is one whose life has been dramatically changed by the power of Almighty God. At sixty-six years of age, Laura Russell Simpson was healed of a stroke she had suffered in 2014, delivered from bipolar disorder, now not diabetic, and waiting patiently and expectantly on healing of foot problems. After years of struggles through pits and prisons, like Joseph, the patriarch, God has now brought her out to an abundant life of victory and joy, no matter the circumstances. Her heart’s desire is to serve the God she loves first by answering His call to share His great love for all, to share the way of salvation through His Son, Jesus Christ, and to share the power of His Word, which she highly esteems. She has shared forty-six years with her husband, Bill, thirty-nine years with her daughter, Lauran, and twenty-one years with her grandson, Josh. She resides in her hometown of Rock Hill, South Carolina. She considers herself to be greatly blessed in many, many ways by the God and Savior she loves and lovingly serves.

He Is is really thankful for all the kind thoughts and especially the prayers for him and his family. Please keep them coming.
