I can't believe I live in IOWA! (...and...I like it!) I lived in the suburban Chicago area for more than 20 years. We moved to Iowa two years ago when my husband took a position in Cedar Rapids. After climbing the corporate ladder my entre adult life (my last position was Director of Corporate Staffing for a Fortune 500 company), I decided it was time to semi-retire. So, now I am a full-time mom to our three little girls. I recently started doing part-time HR consulting work for some local companies, and have been busier than expected (or wanted). But mostly, I am a mom doing normal "mom" things (a regular June Cleaver, vacuuming in my a-line dress and pearls). : )
