Bill, I'm writing to inform you that Larry Gravatt a member of our '59 graduating class passed away two days ago in Pickerington Ohio. We both attended Kensington school and had a lot of fond memories as kids living in the same neighborhood with Bud Spooner, Jim Lambert. You may want to forward this information on to our classmates. Condolences can be sent to Marti Gravett and family at this address.

So sad to get this news about a fellow Kensingtonite. Glad we all got to visit and reminisce at the 50th reunion.Jim McLandsborough
I am very grateful for the opportunity to reconnect and catch up with Larry during our last class reunion. He was a good friend and I will miss him.Bill Koenig
Bill Miller wrote the following:Like Jerry Boylan, I'm part of the Kensington group starting from kindergarten (Jim Lambert, Gerry Kuechle, John Carey, Ken and Ted Freshwater, Bud Spooner, Bob Lease, Mac Slaughter and others) and also remember Larry's dad who died, as I recall, when we were still in high school. I was surprised and sorry to hear about Larry because he seemed in good health at the 50 year reunion.
Reminds me that I favor the idea of five year reunions that someone suggested back in September, perhaps not so extensive as the 50 year gathering...

Sorry to hear this sad news. I had the pleasure of sitting with Larry & his wife at our reunion banquet. Damn! I'm glad I had this time - though brief it was - with Larry. He told me of his recent surgery; and naturally, I assumed all was well. Really a very nice guy with a hell of a sense of humor. Larry will be missed.
