Ralph Rapphun reports that  "Scott" Ugan passed away in August of 2008.  The cause of death was cancer.  Scott was 67 years old.  He served in the US Air Force for 20 years and retired to the Orlando area prior to his illness.  He later moved to Newport News, VA to be near his sister.  Scott is survived by his sister Holly and his brother Jack as well as son Drew and daughter Kristin.  We are grateful to Ralph for passing along this information.  Our condolences are extended to Scott's family.
