Spent a lot of time hanging out with Spence and Bob Dettlebach. He was a pilot long before I was and I always envied him that. But flying has its hazards as Spence found out. I remember how proud he and his Dad were of that hot white Thunderbird! Spence and I were always chasing Vance Carter in the 110 & 220 on Coach Frail's track team.
