I taught 5th and sixth grade in Birmingham for four years after college and getting married. When Jason and I had our first child, I started my "career" as a stay at home Mom. I have loved being a stay at home Mom of our three children, but with our youngest starting Kindergarten, I decided to go back to school myself and I got a master's in school media. I'll be starting my next "career" as a Library Media Specialist at Vestavia Hills Elementary East in August '09.

I have lots of great memories!
With my kids in elementary school and middle school, I've been thinking of a lot of those memories. Mrs. Cordle's class....Spend the night parties..dancing to the Grease music, Mini Society, Field trip to the World's Fair, the Halloween carnivals at the Lower School.

I recently saw the new middle school.......It's enormous!!!!!!!
