After graduating from college, I worked for TV Guide Magazine for 3 years. I was
a stay at home Mother for 8 years. I was a Realtor for 25 years with Roach Brothers. I owned a Boutique in Bryn Mawr for 8 years, called Carol DeYoung.
After closing the boutique in 2008, I became a childcare specialist. My Husband
James Donald Alton passed away in 1991.

I enjoy painting. I needlepoint, and have received several awards for my work.
