20 Year Reunion

Hi Everyone... I am going to be turning the pay by check option off the end of next week, as I will be completeing the pre-paid tickets and will not be able to receive and deposit checks in enough time prior to the reunion. IF you want to pay by check or have chosen that option, please do so by Friday July 8th, and mail the check no later than July 9th. As of July 11, tickets will go up to $50.00/each and will be sold by credit card only. They will also be available at the door for $50.00/each CASH ONLY. (I need to have a count of "at door sales" if you can IM me prior to next week that would be great). Thanks everyone.. see you in a few weeks!
**Reunion Tickets are now ready for Sale.... This will cover the costs of the Friday night Mixer at Peppers and the night of the reunion. Get them while they are hot. If you know somone who does not have internet access, please have them contact me at 713-376-2333 and I will work out ticket arrangements for them.
Place: Sally Port Inn.
Date: July 22-23, 2011 8:00PM to Midnight
Accommodations: Sally Port Inn-They are offering rooms at $75.00/night for alumni. When reserving your room (575-420-8839) mention that you are with the GHS reunion, and would like a room from that block. This will give you the $75.00/night rate. UPDATE: Sally Port will not have rooms ready due to rennovations. Try the Candlewood Suites, or another local hotel. Get your room quick if you need one.. There is alot going on that weekend.
To book a room at La Quinta Inn at 575-622-8000 ask for Edie Stevens for a discounted rate.
To book a room at the Holiday Inn call 575-627-9900. ( Do not have rates for this hotel yet).
July 22nd- Tour of GHS. Time to be announced later.- CANCELLED DUE TO CONSTRUCTION
July 22nd- Party on the Patio at Peppers Bar & Grill (It will be reserved for GHS Class of 1991 and Guests- we will have our own bar set-up and appetizer spread) Starting at 7:00 PM
July 23rd- Picnic at Bottomless Lakes State Park- From 10:30-5:00 at the Large Pavillion, it will cost you $5.00 per car load to get in. Bring your own picnic.
July 23rd- Golfing for anyone interested. If you want to play- please contact me as soon as possible so we can verify the interest before reserving spots. CANCELLED DUE TO LACK OF INTEREST.
July 23rd- Reunion at Sally Port Inn Ball Room. 8pm til Midnight... (if us old folks can stay up that late!)
