Got my BS and MS in geology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Did PhD work at University of Georgia and West Virginia University. Birth of my son curtailed obtaining the PhD at WVU. I got out with the consilatory Masters degree in environmental engineering. Have lived in NJ, Philadelphia, Troy (NY), Queensbury (NY), Athens (GA), and now Morgantown (WV) since 1988. I am active in rock climbing, backpacking, horseback riding, and flat water kayaking. I am my family's historian. I've traced my family back to the patent signers of Monmouth County in the late 1600's. (No wonder I felt a stong connection to the area.) I record cemeteries and am working on a book to publish my findings. I am a brother in Alpha Phi Omega (APO) and am still very active in volunteering. I've been an asst troop leader in Girl Scouts and a Unit Commissioner in the Boy Scouts. Once Nathaniel is old enough, I will return to BSA.
At CTL, I do everything fron grant writing, to wetland delineation, environmental assessments, sanitary sewer inventories, report editing, marketing, remediation, map making, hydrologic modeling - whatever comes in the door I do.
WV is am amazing place. Any of you are welcome to contact me if you are passing through or visiting here.
