Graduated from UNI in '93. Special Education teaching degree and coaching minor.
Western Illinois certifications in all areas of Special Education teaching.

Went to UNI. Was in the marching band my senior year there. Graduated with teaching and coaching degree. Got my first teaching job at Muscatine High School. Since then have taught at Durant High School Bettendorf High School, Louisa-Muscatine High School, and now De Witt. Have lived and worked in De Witt for over 8 years and absolutely love it here!

Lived in Des Moines when I student taught in Johnston in 1993. Moved to Muscatine, then Wilton, Durant, Eldridge, Fruitland, and now De Witt. We love it here!

Bahamas & South Carolina

Recently, a growing number of people on Facebook from our class. Also, Debbie Toomey (Todd) have kept in contact through the years.

Going to state in girls basketball in March of 1987 and '88. Also, playing in the Des Moines High School Jazz Band my senior year and flying to San Diego for a huge festival to play in.

I work out every day. Spinning, weight lifting, running, biking, Insanity, T25, PiYo, raquetball, coed softball in the summers.

I am very involved in the De Witt community. I am on the Park & Rec board, Police Foundation, Citizens Police Academy, and also am in charge of all Park & Rec baseball & softball for youth and adults, as well as umpires, in the summers.
I am very involved in my church as well. I teach the confirmation kids and am on the Community Outreach board. Next fall I'm starting a high school group in De Witt.

Anywhere! Most currently we went to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This summer, my husband and I are going to the Outer Banks, which is a line of islands outside of North Carolina. Will be a "no kid" trip which is rare!

I was recently married after being divorced for 11 years! Happiest I've ever been in my life! We were truly put together at just the right time. He has 4 children, so now we are the Brady Bunch! :)
