Priscilla Wilson Smythe

I have been truly blessed with a wonderful life. I married Jim Smythe and have 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren. Jim a graduate of West Virginia University had a sucessful career in management with Ford Mo. Co. and Manheim Auto Auctions. His career meant many relocations for the family with the last being 25 years in the Houston area. My education at UVM and Chandler School for Women in Boston gave me the background to pursue a career in Real Estate. As a Realtor I was Board president and was awarded the highly aclaimed Realtor of the Year Award for the largest association in the country twice. After moving to Florida I decided to continue with the career I love - but more on my time. Jim and I love to travel and play golf. Houston is part of travel plans several times and year (love that family time) and in the summer we plan our "big trips". This August will be a cruise on the Mosul and Rhine Rivers before a few days in Switzerland (where I have always wanted to go). Unfortunately knee surgery will keep me from making the trip to Vermont for the reunion. I will be thinking of all of you and wishing you the best.

I am thankful for the 4 years at the Mount and the friends that I made. I guess the band, marching in parades, playing at football games and our great pep rallies and snake dance through downtown are some of the best memories. Oops all those dances we had are also part of the good times. I am grateful to all the teachers that I had but I have to say Sister Clem for drilling Algebra and Geometry in my thick head stands out the most.
