At rest and in peace, J.R. passed into heaven March 4, 2012.  Born September 21, 1962 and raised in Sacramento, J.R. lived in Helena, Montana, for the past 20 years. His greatest joy in life was his son, Justin.  J.R. was an athlete and he loved every minute watching Justin play a variety of sports.  J.R. enjoyed being outdoors, hunting, fishing, his dogs- especially Gusto Milhouse - the Oakland Raiders, S.F. Giants, John Wayne and Lake Tahoe. Loving memories of his golden heart and his funny, quick wit, J.R. will be missed by his son Justin, wife Lorrie, parents Wayne and Carolyn Willey, sister Kristin and her family, Dave, Michael and Matthew. Thank you to Dr. Franklin Wiley for his dedication through the years and Pam Osnaya and Kathy Gessaman for their love and kindness.
