TIBBETTS, Kevin 'Tibbs'
Born Sept. 22, 1962 in Tracy Ca. Passed away Jan. 22, 2011 in Sacramento CA at the age of 47. Beloved brother, he is survived by 1 sister, Roberta Mencher, and 3 brothers, Floyd, John and Michael Tibbetts, as well as a host of loving nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his beloved mother Lorraine Tibbetts.
He was a skilled craftsman who loved to ride motorcycles.
Services are scheduled for Feb. 12, 2011 at 1pm at Riverside
Elks Lodge, 6446 Riverside Blvd. Remembrances in Kevin's name may be made to the American Heart Assoc.

I met this somewhat intimidating at Kennedy High in 1980, and then later during a touch-football pick-up game on a weekend at the Pocket Road River park. It was amazing as I had made an accidental tackle with a knee-to-the-head. He was dazed afterward. May he RIP.
Michael Cruit
So sorry to hear about Kevin. He was tough as nails and had such a great outlook on life. I remember how he made a 100% recoverey after that near fatal car accident on 43rd ave; that was a cursed night.
Kevin, your friends will always remember you foundly. RIP dear friend.
