I met Jean probably about two weeks before graduation. She was the sweetest person. I only wish I had met her before. She left many friends behind - probably too many to count.
I knew Jeannie for a lot of our growing up years. We went to Bar49 Camp outside of St. Helena, rode horses and learned camp songs. She and her mom lived in a lovely Craftsman home across from McKinley Park, and later in South Land Park. We lost touch after that. Was so sorry to hear of her passing - I think it was about 1987-88. She was a good gal.
